Our Mission & Values
Pets play an integral role in our lives. They offer comfort and companionship; they protect us; and they make us laugh. They are beloved family members, and we want the best veterinary care available for them. The doctors and staff at East Side Animal Hospital are committed to providing that care. It is our mission to revere, preserve and protect the health of all pets while promoting the bond people share with their animal companions. We are educators, healers, patient advocates and compassionate caregivers. We appreciate the trust our clients place in us and work hard every day to earn it.
After my graduation from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and a few years of experience from a variety of other veterinarian clinics, my wife, Brenda, and I decided it was time to move closer to my hometown. With the move came our decision to start our own veterinary clinic where we have since made every effort to provide individual quality medical care for our clients. Brenda’s medical background as a registered nurse helped bridge our purpose of being an advocate for our patients and their owners’ needs. We feel fortunate to be a part of the community and with the addition of our son, Dr. Patrick Marsch, the East Side Animal Hospital will continue our family’s dream of enhancing the owner and patient bond for you and your neighbors.Dr. Walter H. - Extremely knowledgeable, extremely competent, very trustworthy. I do not think there is a more competent, reliable, or professional animal clinic in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.Jack HintonOwner of Scarlet
- Not only do they have a professional appearance they are very friendly and obviously care a lot about the animals. I have never been to any type doctor or vet who seemed to listen to us as well and explain in detail everything we needed.William & Diane WhiteOwner of Jeb-Jeb
